Glen Waverley Secondary

Over the last ten years, Taylor Oppenheim has worked closely with the school community to develop a dynamic master plan which was regularly reviewed to ensure currency and suitability in terms of the present and future directions of the college.

The challenge was to master plan a site that could easily accommodate 1,800 students. Given the site was only six hectares, and that the original buildings were only designed for 1,000 students, this required a very innovative solution. The realisation of the master plan has led to a succession of major projects worth in excess of $25 million. An integral part of this project, the Science and Technology Centre continues to attract national and international interest.
