Kennett River
The challenge was to create a home with split-level living environments to accommodate two families. Each required maximum privacy while enjoying expansive views to the bush and ocean. Perched in the trees on fine orange legs, embracing the surrounding flora with coloured panels of camouflage cladding, this Great Ocean Road holiday home is true to this vision. The selection of low maintenance materials and the reduction of the number of eaves enable the home to self-wash in the often harsh salt environment.
